Cancellation Policy & Deposit

Please read our terms before submitting your booking request:

• A 20% deposit is required in advance to secure your booking dates.

• The remaining balance is due prior to arrival (payment details will be provided).

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before check-in will receive a full refund of the amount paid, minus any transaction fees.

• Cancellations made within 14 days prior to arrival are non-refundable.

• No-shows or early departures are also non-refundable.

• We recommend all guests obtain travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.
